The chalet was cozy and perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the slopes. The ski instructors were great, from newbies to experts, to enjoy skiing safely.

Unfortunately, the chalet was a bit compact for our group size, which could be a consideration for larger parties. Some amenities like the sauna came with extra costs that we didn't use.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was stylish and spotlessly clean, had splendid views, top location to the ski slopes the one we had was about 5 metres away. The breakfast was warm, with a great selection of food. Location: the venue was close enough to an irish inspired restaurant / pub, the shops, bars and restaurants and Italy. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was efficient! You guys made our stay very very good.

Rooms were super spacious and warm, reminded me of home! Brekkie was proper, like actual bacon and good coffee. The staff were so friendly.

Smoke from near-by heating plant few nights was very heavy. Sewer smell in the bathroom should be fixed. Some old fixtures in bathroom, poor lights in the room. Didn't like that we need to pay extra for hot-tub and sauna that are part of hotel. All minor things - overall hotel is good, great location, good for family vacation...

Engaging atmosphere in the bar enhanced our evenings.

Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service , quite disappointing as we had looked forward to relaxing there after skiing. The compact nature of the chalet made it a bit cramped for our group, limiting our space to unwind. We also experienced some delays with room service, affecting our overall enjoyment.

The villa we stayed in was a relaxing retreat, especially with the sauna inside. It was cozy and warm, and we appreciated the calm surrounding area that made it perfect for our family getaway. Dining at the hotel was a highlight as we found the food to be some of the best in Borovets, and the staff, particularly Slavche, went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
